We the undersigned hereby make application to participate in the 2026 KUMHO FIA TCR WORLD TOUR.

We confirm that we have read and understood the provisions of the International Sporting Code, the 2026 KUMHO FIA TCR WORLD TOUR Sporting and Technical Regulations, and we agree, on our own behalf and on behalf of everyone directly associated with our participation as a result of appointment or instructions by us, in the 2026 KUMHO FIA TCR WORLD TOUR, to observe and be bound by them.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Competitor shall also complete an entry form for each Competition, without paying any additional entry fee once this Agreement is fully signed and the entry fee for the 2026 KUMHO FIA TCR WORLD TOUR has been fully paid to WWR.

We declare that we are physically and mentally fit to take part in the event and that we are competent to do so.

We acknowledge that we understand the nature and type of the competition and the potential risks inherent in motor sport and agree to accept such risks.

We undertake that, at the time of the event to which this entry relates, we shall have passed, or be exempt from, an ASN-specified medical examination within the specified period.

We declare that, to the best of our belief, the driver possesses the standard of competence necessary for an event of the type to which this entry relates.

We declare that we have examined this Entry Form and that the information provided is true, correct, and complete.

We understand that any change to the details provided on this Entry Form must be notified to WWR no later than the official closing date of entries.

We understand that this Entry Form shall be valid only if:

the corresponding entry fee payment is made before the closing date for entries; any entries submitted after this date shall be considered null and void;
the Entry Agreement is signed with WWR, of which this Entry Form is an integral part.

We understand that entries may be reviewed and subsequently validated by WWR.
